Christian homes are under serious attack from Satan, and the evidence is telling. Divorce rates among professing Christians has sky-rocketed. And in many cases where the home is still intact, wives are refusing to submit to the leadership of their husbands, husbands are failing miserably to love their wives as Christ loved the Church, children are rebelling against parental authority, and parents have often been part of the problem, and not the solution. The end result is a Christian home that is filled with strife and division.
The remedy to the problem is found in the 5th chapter of Ephesians where Paul deals with relationships in the Christian home. But before ever calling upon wives, husbands and children to do anything, he lays down an all-important key: "Be filled with the Spirit."
