It is better to be lacking in resources and have a blameless life, then to be a fool who says things that are not so. We should not lie, otherwise punishment will come. If you are a Christian, when you sin, you will want to get rid of the sin and repent. Christians do not embrace sin. It is not good to have zeal (great enthusiasm) without knowledge. People do things they are not supposed to do, then blame God for it, this is foolish. Wisdom produces patience and God has been extremely patience with us and we need to be patience with others. A lazy person does not take care of their own needs and would not dare think about taking care of others. That person will receive punishment for it their laziness. Opposite of that, is being kind to the poor and in doing so, lend to the Lord. Kindness does not only give people what they want, kindness gives people what they need. When we make our plans, we must remember that God is in control and not us. When we trust in the Lord we will experience trouble but those troubles will not be able to touch or harm us. Would you rather be wise or foolish, the wise listen to rebukes, the foolish get beatings. The Lord disciples those whom He loves. God's ways lead to life, disobeying God leads to disaster.
