We looked at the subject of unity in the local church. We saw the pictures of buildings and body that is used in the Scripture. Unity in the church on Earth must be present because it will be seen in the church glorious in Heaven. We looked at some things such as conformity and uniformity which are seen as unity when they may not be. True biblical unity is bringing people with different backgrounds, different thoughts but united to Christ and His Word. It is love that enables us as believers to live with and get on with other christians.
