With today’s “notes” we complete our series on true conversion to Jesus Christ. A true Christian is a disciple of Jesus Christ. “The disciples were first called Christians at Antioch.” In this series we have not only sought to set forth what the Scriptures teach regarding true conversion to Jesus Christ, but we have also sought to expose the prevalence and nature of false conversion, which plagues our evangelical world. It is here, today, in which the two may be seen in sharp relief. True conversion in Jesus Christ always results in one becoming a true disciple of Jesus Christ, one who believes and submits to Jesus Christ as Savior and Lord. If one is not a disciple, he is not a Christian, biblically speaking.
