This week we take a quick break from our "A Theology of Forgiveness" sermon series to continue our teachings on "Basic Christianity." As a local body we had the great privilege of welcoming several new members to our congregation on this Lord's day. For many, however, church membership just isn't really all that important. In fact many aren't even sure if membership in a local church is biblical, let alone mandated. Do we still have a role to play in the church if we ourselves aren't pastors, elders, or musically inclined, to name but a few examples? Join us as we look to answer some of the fundamental questions on church membership and commitment to the local body of Christ.
