We are likened to soldiers as disciples of Christ. In order to fight the good fight of faith we must know who our enemy is, what his methods are, what weapons he has, and what his motives or objectives are against us. Much of modern doctrine puts everyone off tract in this battle and they spend their lives as a hostage of the enemy. We wrestle NOT against flesh and blood ...the flesh is the ground contended for - it is NOT the enemy. There are powers far greater than the flesh that are warring against us.
