I hope that today we will find some principles that will prevent such a problem at Chingola Church and if such a problem has already crept into existence then we can deal with it now as we continue to grow. The major principle illustrated here in Acts 6 is that "Biblical church organization always responds to needs and to what the Spirit is already doing. To organize a program and then expect the Holy Spirit to get involved in it is to put the cart before the horse" (MacArthur 176). "Organization is never an end in itself but only a means to facilitate what the Lord is doing in the church" (MacArthur 177).
Well, God is at work here. Our numbers keep growing and we must respond with more organization.
