The focus of the Reformation was the Glory of God Alone, and the soul source of all authority was the Scripture; thus 'Sola Scriptura'.
Few will proclaim this, and even fewer actually believe this. Sola Scriptura' all for the Glory of God alone - and that is all things, and the starting point for this is Sola Scriptura, Scripture Alone, and that is All Scripture.
2 Timothy 3:14-17
14Â But continue thou in the things which thou hast learned and hast been assured of, knowing of whom thou hast learned them;
15Â And that from a child thou hast known the holy scriptures, which are able to make thee wise unto salvation through faith which is in Christ Jesus.
16Â All scripture is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness:
17Â That the man of God may be perfect, thoroughly furnished unto all good works.
