In the evening we begin a five part series on the Holy Spirit from Lord's day 20 of the Heidelberg Catechism. Each sermon will be textual (as usual), but explore the different facets of the Person and work of the Holy Spirit as set forth in this Lord's day. The text for this Sunday night will be Acts 5.1-11 as we see the reality of the Holy Spirit in the early church, especially with the event of Ananias and Sapphira. If you have been wondering and wanting to know more about Who the Holy Spirit is and how He works in our lives you will want to "tune in" for this important series. Most importantly we will get to worship our Triune God twice this Lord's day, as He wills it. =--------------------------------------------------------------------------------- Acts 5.1-11 The Need to Proclaim the Holy Spirit is God Heidelberg Catechism Lord's Day 20 #1
