Rubino The Nazis Won The War! (Defending The Disabled!) I Text: “11 Ye see how large a letter I have written unto you with mine own hand.” (Galatians 6:11) II Doctrine: The God of the Old Testament is the same as the God of the New Testament. He enjoys embarrassing the physically strong and spiritually weak, using the physically weak and spiritually strong. People with disabilities are often used by God to bring glory to himself. The Apostle Paul is a perfect illustration of this Biblical doctrine. (Acts 9:1-9)
III Reasons:
1.God uses the weak to glorify Himself. (Exodus 4:11-17) 2.Many of our Biblical heroes were disabled to be useful! (Judges 16:15-31) 3.God disables us to break our pride and glory in Him.(2 Corinthians 12:7-9) IV Application:
1.Let all Christians focus on Jesus and not our disabilities. (Jeremiah 9:23,24) 2.The Cross is the Greatest example of Spiritual victory over Physical weakness. (1 John 3:7-10)
3.Let us fight the hatred of the disabled in Western society. Especially in the Church let us push back the culture of death embodied in Nazism, with the love of God. ( Compare Nazi Goals with Post WW2 society-Euthanasia, Abortion, Eugenics)
