II. The outward element to be used in the sacrament is water, wherewith the party is to be baptized in the name of the Father, & of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost, by a minister of the gospel, lawfully called thereunto.
III. Dipping of the person into the water is not necessary; but baptism is rightly administered by pouring or sprinkling water upon the person.

Covenant Teaching God's Covenant is a sovereign relationship of grace. God reveals Himself by Covenant to His elect. Christ is the Mediator of the Covenant. This is an excellect teaching on the Covenant, how it affects the Family in baptism as the NT sign and seal, and where it all originates in Genesis 17.
The terms of the Covenant were laid down in the OT and they have not been repealed in the NT. This simple fact is very important.
Rev Price brings a good teaching on Covenant in this message. Thankyou!
