Restoring What Truly Matters. [The Piano Lesson] Matt. 6:33; Micah 6:8 KJVIn Matthew 6:33-34, Jesus reminds us to "seek ye first the kingdom of God, and his righteousness," promising that when we prioritize Him, everything else falls into place. Similarly, Micah 6:8 calls us to live lives of justice, mercy, and humility before God. These scriptures challenge us to align our hearts with God's purposes, even in a world that constantly tempts us to chase after lesser things. On this day of gratitude, we are reminded to cherish the gifts that truly matter—our relationship with God, the love of family and friends, and the opportunity to serve others. As we gather around the table, may we remember that true thanksgiving is not found in what we possess but in who we are becoming in Christ. Let us restore what truly matters by seeking His kingdom, walking humbly with Him, and living lives that reflect His justice and mercy.
