Tony Miano stood outside the abortuary in Mission Hills, with his cross. One of his first contacts was with a man who had dropped off a woman to have an abortion. After he parked the car, he exited his vehicle along with his 5-6 year old daughter. When Tony asked if he dropped off the woman to have an abortion, the man became enraged and threatened to assault Tony.
As Tony tried to engage the man in conversation, another man sat across the street in his car, watching and listening. A few minutes later, after the angry man and little girl walked into the abortuary, the other man got out of his car, walked across the street and asked Tony an interesting question.
He wanted to know how women paid for their abortions. The man's name was Reggie. Tony soon learned that Reggie drove a woman to the clinic to abort her baby -- a child that was quite possibly his own. Tony, as he shared the law and the gospel, reasoned and pleaded with Reggie to go into the clinic and try to stop the woman from murdering her baby. Reggie would walk back to his car, only to get out a few minutes later and walk into the clinic. Sadly, Reggie was too late. The systematic murder of the unborn child had already begun. Reggie walked back to his car looking heartbroken.
