Good This sermon begins halfway thru; the first part is mostly radio programming with some very good music. Then Mr. Cairns comes on after that. The sermon is really on the topic of meekness, not on waiting on the Lord. I expected a sermon about waiting on God for answers to prayer, but it is instead about trusting God in all circumstances and being submissive to His will, and meek at all times with all people. He discusses how people view meekness as weakness, but it is actually the strength of faith (in God). He also point out how Jesus was the meekest person in all the earth yet not at all weak, for He rebuked the Pharisees and drove the moneychangers out of the temple with a whip: Jesus was zealous for the things of God yet meek towards God. Meekness also means a gentle and quiet, humble spirit, with patience. All the very things which today's world and this country despise.
