The Christian life is made beautiful through fruitfulness. Just as plants and trees and flowers are made beautiful and complete by their blossom, their flower, and their fruit – so is the Christian life and testimony. It is the crown of the complete and healthy development of the divine life in us. Being barren or unfruitful shows forth our unbelief and disobedience to God. It is in a man's words, works, and influence that we find the fruits of a Christian life. Fruitfulness can only be attained when everything is available and working properly in a life. Fruitfulness is evidence of growth in grace and knowledge of the Lord Jesus Christ.
