Don't try to straighten that which God which has made crooked. ... that's what we so often do; we try to fix, straighten, or change the work of God; that which He is DOING in our lives, because we don't like it! Job 34:29: "When He giveth quietness, who then can make trouble? And when He hideth His face, who then can behold Him? The bottom line: We should submit ourselves to God's EVERY providence in our lives and NOT try and "straighten" that which God is doing. When you do this, you are (in effect) trying to "correct God"; resisting His will. And you are trying to do that which cannot be done!
