1. Inauguration: beginning of all Thru Word & Spirit. Small, unassuming beginning, but everything changed We've been saved but await our salvation (Rom 5:9-10; 1Cor 5:5; Mt 10:22,19:25; Mk 13:13); so the kingdom (Mt 12:28; Mk 1:5)
2. Transformation or 'now and not yet': continuation of all Growth by word & spirit, subduing & transforming from glory to glory. We 'are being saved' (1Cor 1:18; 1Pe 1:9; Rom 13:11). Kingdom: coming, growing, expanding (Mt 6:10, 11:12)
3. Realization: fulfillment & perfection of all We 'will be saved', Rom 5:9-10; 1Cor 5:5; Mt 10:22, 19:25; Mk 13:13 - await perfection of soul & body. Kingdom also awaits perfection & fulfillment (1Cor 15:24; Rev 21-22; Rom 8; Mt 13:43)
Membership of & vehicle of advance for Kingdom is Church, Mt 16:18-19, 18:17-18
