Following Paul's description of the immoral unbeliever in Romans 1:18-32, we now come to the moral unbeliever in 2:1-11. We find out that both are "without excuse." This person in chapter 2 condemns the sinful behavior of the unbeliever, not realizing he is guilty of the very same things. He is a hypocrite. This message describes what a true believer looks like in contrast to the moral unbeliever, as well as how our works authenticate the reality of our salvation.
