A man in the synagogue in Capernaum, on the northern edge of the Sea of Galilee, was possessed by demons. Jesus proceeded to cast them out. The demons protested to Jesus saying, "I know thee who thou art, the Holy One of God." Three men in the Old Testament are given that title: Aaron, Samson and Elisha. They foreshadow Christ with each giving a revealing picture of Christ.
