A must hear message. This is not a sermon but a message from the heart delivered in the power of the Holy Ghost. I have been blessed, challenged, encouraged, and provoked through this Reformation message. If you have not listened to it you should. If you have listened to it recommended it to others. Thank you Dr Cairns for your faithfulness to Jesus Christ and His Word, not only here but throughout your ministry whether public or private. May God continue to bless you as you herald out the glorious Gospel of Jesus Christ.

Thank You For This Exhortation Brother Cairns, I listen to some of your sermons every once in a while, and have always been blessed by them. This one: Wanted: Preachers With Passion, has been such a blessing, encouragement, and exhortation to me. Hard to put into words, but it sure kindles the fire.
Just wanted to say thanks from a Baptist preacher who was strengthened in his service through hearing your message, especially hearing your testimony of being afraid of people (sounds like me). But whom God calls He can make able if we rely on Him and spent time with Him in prayer and in His Word.
May the Lord continue to bless you.

Great Sermon! I have been encouraged by this sermon. Dr Cairns raises our eyes to the great tradition of preaching in the reformed church. We need to encourage those who preach to walk close to the Lord in prayer and study of His Word, to preach with the passion of the indwelling Spirit without fear or favour. May many more people of character, love nad learning be called to bear the Word of the Lord and teach clearly to His people.
