Great Question Anthony,
Jacob and Esau were twins. Both came out of the womb of Rebekah and were sons of Isaac. Esau was firstborn but rejected by God so His blessings and promises passed to Jacob. Together they serve as the basis for many figures (see Hosea 12:10) throughout the bible such as wheat and tares, sheep and goats, children of the promise and children of the flesh, elect and reprobate.

Great Sermon! At minutes 5:30-6:15 we are correctly told that "God will give men exactly what he wants", which is true for all the sons of Adams however, God did nothing for Esau and everything for Jacob. These men were twins who exited the womb of Rebekah before they did good or evil; God purposed to do nothing for Esau and everything for Jacob. How come? All dead men have the same heart & desires. What made the difference with these twins, and how are we to square that with " God will give a man exactly what he wants" since none seeketh after God; no, none doeth good? So, what and who made the difference?
