When teachers study Isaiah's vision it is readily apparent it has several divisions to it. The first 39 chapters stand together as God's promise to His People to guide and protect them. The last 27 chapters stand together as the greatest book of prophecy ever revealed to mankind.
The last 27 chapters can be further represented in three parts. Part 1 (Chapters 40-48) stands as a picture of who God is. Part 2 (Chapters 49-57) stands as a picture of the coming of God Himself as a living being (Messiah). Part 3 (Chapters 58-66) reveals how the revelation of God in the first two parts declares God's glory and the promise of God to deliver a new heaven and new earth.
In this recording we look specifically at God's revelation of his judgment of Babylon, His deliverance of Israel (in spite of their obstinance), and how God reveals Himself as the triune God at the end of chapter 48.
