The reason so many religious professors fail is that when they make that "decision for Christ," they are told by the pastor, evangelist or soul-winner: "You are completely saved now, and don't allow anyone to cause you to doubt it!"
Such new professors of Christ are not properly prepared for the WARFARE of the Christian faith, because they have not been told the whole TRUTH. The Bible tells Christians some things that WE have to DO ... especially this text: "ADD THESE THINGS TO YOUR FAITH."
