As the UN's Intergovernmental Panel on Climate Change (IPCC) meets this week to consider its future, one expert warns against equating the so-called "consensus" on man-caused global warming with good science.
"Climate change alarmists continue to spin scary stories about the rise of global temperatures," says Discovery Institute's DR. STEPHEN MEYER, a Cambridge University-trained philosopher of science and a geophysicist. "And they claim that it is anti-science for anyone to question the scientific 'consensus' on climate change."
But is there really a consensus? And is it really anti-science to question it?
My guest on the program today will be Dr. Stephen Meyer Director of the Center for Science and Culture at the Discovery Institute in Seattle, Washington.
