The coming of the Holy Spirit as promised with the visible signs of a "rushing mighty wind" & "tongues as of fire". Observations of the disciples being in one accord, all individuals receiving the Spirit as compared to prior times in the Old Testament where the Spirit came and went on selective individuals like the king or prophet.
