Dr. Madden 1921-2004 was one of Dr. Jim's favorites. Bro. Jim used to say to Bro. Madden that he had more horse sense(common sense) than a whole heard of wild mustangs. Bro. Madden told things the way that they are no words or expressions left out. He was plain teacher of God's Holy Word with insight into the depths of those truths that few have known. I don't think Dr. Jim preaches very many sermons without referring to this great man of God.
