Vs11: there is a white horse called Faithful & True, and he judges and makes war in the name of righteousness. IN the old times, Roman Emperors and Generals rode into town on a white horse…that symbolized victory and triumph and conqueror. Vs12: Christ is not a babe in the manager anymore; his eyes are the flame of fire, has many crowns on his head, and a name no man knows. Vs13: His vesture is dipped in blood, and his name is called The Word of God. This is the blood of judgment of mankind who has rejected Him.
Isaiah 63:1-6 Here is talk of the end of days, when Christ comes back and judges people in anger, and passes his judgment on all of mankind. He is not happy about it, and his clothes will be stained in blood of judgement. John 1:1, 14: these 2 verses show that Jesus is the Word of God, and there is no other like Him. Jude 1:14-15 The Lord comes w/ 10,000 saints to pass judgement on all ungodly people.
Rev 19:14: Christ's armies from heaven are coming down on white horses, all clean in fine linen. Vs15: A sword from his mouth…this is symbolic. The horse is literal, the sword is symbolic.
Isaiah 11:1-5: talking about the house of David in vs1. Vs4: he'll smite the earth with the rod of his mouth…this is the Word of God, used to judge mankind. The Word of God is the Bible – we have it in our hands.
Ephesians 6:17: take the sword of the spirit which is the Word of God. To fight from heaven, use the Word of God.
