“ Must hear Sermon! ” Here is a Preacher who is truly ‘Reformed’ in the real sense of the word! He does not mince words, but tells it like it is! He does what all those who claim they are Reformed should do, i.e. Exalt their God and put man in the dust. This, Pastor G.R. Procee does all through his sermon. In fact he only uses Zephaniah 3:12 as a launching pad to preach the whole counsel of God concerning Salvation in all its fullness.
His preaching is discriminating, in that it is not a general ‘love of God’ to every Tom, Dick and Harry but to those whom God hath called. And from this he beautifully shows how God works in these Elect to draw them to Himself and show them their helplessness and poverty, not only before they come to the Lord but also all through their life.
This is a sermon that I would listen again and again and even pass it on to my friends; for it has indeed blessed my heart greatly and shown me my utter helplessness and constant need of God’s sustaining hand. I was actually grieved when the sermon came to an end, for I longed to hear more from this man who so passionately exalted my Saviour!
