If you are a born again believer, your life, your ways and actions are on parade everywhere you go. Not that you desire attention, or want a host of onlookers eyeing you, but they are there watching. You represent the life of Jesus Christ. You should live a good example for those who constantly observe your actions daily. What a responsibility this is, but it’s very true.

In II Corinthians 5:17 we read, “Therefore if any man be in Christ, he is a new creature: old things are passed away; behold, all things are become new.” Once we are saved and all the folks know about it, they will begin to watch us. As new creatures in Christ, we will not think the same as before. We will not live the same way we always did. We do not go to the same places a lost sinner goes. Our ways are more like our new Master. After all, we don’t serve the old master, Satan, anymore. We will have new thoughts, new ambitions, new habits, and new life styles that are different from the world. We need to have a new vocabulary; no cursing, no bad words, never vulgar, and always Christ-like.

“Remember who you are” – you are a blood bought sinner who was ransomed by the very blood shed by Him who knew no sin!

“Remember who you are” – wherever you are, remember some poor lost sinner is watching you to see if Christianity is real. Be the best example in godliness you can.
