We have been to Viriginia for the past few days to be with Bro. Owen. He has went through 3 surgeries in the past week, the last one was yesterday. They put a long screw in his pelvis to stablize it since it is broken and separated. His broken arm and broken legs have been put back together and he is facing at least 6 weeks that he cannot put any weight on his legs or pelvis. He is in a tremendous amount of pain, and of course, distress of mind since he cannot be up and doing all that he needs to be doing. He is not the kind of man to be still like this so it is especially hard for him. Please pray for him, that he can get some relief from the pain, and heal faster than the doctors are telling him. Also, please pray for his wife Barbara and family, as it is a heavy burden on them, also. And remember Midway Bible Baptist Church while their pastor is not able to be there.
