We say it’s impossible to catch the light of the beautiful silvery moon on a fish hook. Right, you are, but that is just about what we are trying to do when we vote for leaders who cannot lead, because they know not and follow not the God of all wisdom. It is so foolish to say Christianity does not count or character does not matter in our elected officials. Proverbs 23:7, “For as he thinketh in his heart, so is he…” If a man’s heart is wicked it will be wicked if you put him in the white house, poor house, or jail house. If he is not a Christian, he is not Christ-like and is not capable of running a county in Godly manner.

I am heart sick of hearing people say Christianity is not necessary for a man, but education, training and experience is all that matters. People reasoned that way when Adolf Hitler became dictator in Germany and also when Hideki Tojo of Japan ruled before World War Two. Ronald Reagan wisely said, “The minute we ever forget that we are one nation under God, we will become one nation gone under.” Millions have tried to live without God, but fail. Shall we continue to ignore history and never learn from her? Rivers of blood have already been shed to maintain our freedom to worship and serve God unashamedly. Without Him we perish. We are one nation under God and we had better stay under God’s arms of protection.

People today may laugh at my Lord, ignore Him, condemn Him, and burn His direction Book, the Bible. They mock and scoff, but one second after death there will be weeping and wailing and gnashing of teeth for eternity.
