Be Careful of Nice People – Tim Challies at challies.com cautions us regarding the deceit of niceness: “Why isn’t niceness a fruit of the Spirit? Because niceness is a hollow trait that a human can generate even without the inner working of the Holy Spirit. Niceness may require some force of will in the face of disagreement or controversy. The Anatomy of Sexual Sin – This article is a good follow-up to this past Sunday’s sermon. Matthew Holst writes: “Following the pattern of the world, the church rarely sees the terrible nature of this sin both in its inherent sinfulness and its destructive nature to those who engage in it. What then can we in the church, do to help warn against the epidemic-like spread of sexual sin, especially, though not exclusively in our young people.
