Always a highlight of the season, the Lessons and Carols services at Tenth Church celebrate the birth of the Lord Jesus Christ through Scripture readings, joyful carol singing, and a homily by our Senior Minister, Dr. Liam Goligher. The various musical groups listed below conbine to provide festive musical accompaniments and anthems heralding Christ's coming. Please join us for a memorable evening. This is an annual event.

Westminster Brass and the children from Tenth's Children's Music will offer their musical talents as part of this service for the whole famly. This year (2016) David Hanrahan will be the speaker. This, too, is an annual event. This program is especially for families with children.
Tenth Presbyterian Church is committed to developing and maintaining a strong teaching pulpit in center city Philadelphia, an effective network of fellowship groups aimed at meeting individual needs, a program of Christian education to promote the steady growth of our church family to spiritual maturity and, in cooperation with other Christians, an evangelistic outreach to our city and the world beyond. Over the years Tenth has been blessed with a rich teaching ministry including Dr. Liam Goligher, Dr. Philip Ryken, Dr. James Montgomery Boice speaker on the Bible Study Hour, and Dr. Donald Gray Barnhouse.
