Dr Kingsbury was born in a Christian home in southwestern Michigan. He was saved at five years of age and surrendered as a teenager to serve Christ.
He immediately began preaching in jails, nursing homes and in rescue missions.
His congregation of eight-hundred active members is an independent, fundamental, soul-winning, aggressively mission-minded fellowship of believers with numerous ministries including a Christian School, Bible Institute and Bus Ministry.
Dozens of Christian workers have been sent from North Love Baptist Church into mission fields around the world.
North Love also is the home of Reformers Unanimous, a local church based ministry for people with addictions.
