Prayer, as part of our mission task is the subject of this continued exposition on Matthew 9:35-10:4.
We are instructed to pray for workers in the harvest and then, we are to go out into the harvest, in our case the American citizenry, where we live work and play and proclaim the Gospel.
[37] Then he said to his disciples, “The harvest is plentiful, but the laborers are few; [38] therefore pray earnestly to the Lord of the harvest to send out laborers into his harvest.” (Matthew 9:37-38 ESV)
