Plan now to attend the 2012 Conference of the Conservative Grace Brethren Churches, International. This year, the Conference will be in Ft. Mitchell, KY at the Drawbridge Hotel, just minutes from the Creation Museum. Many edifying events are planned. Please take note of the following:

CreationMuseumon Sunday afternoon, July 1, 2012. Please see the enclosed details and use the flier to advertise on your church bulletin board. We receive the group rate and you can buy tickets at any time from Pastor Ike Graham (adults 13-59 are 19.95; seniors 60+ are 15.95; children 5-12 are 11.95). The planetarium is extra (7.95), and worth it!
The Creation Museum has informed us that they have added a number of new features since our last visit in 2010. One of them is Dr. David Menton explaining fossils via a TV monitor while you wait in line. A fossil exhibit is right where the cue is.
You may also want to add the lunch cookout at the pavilion on the grounds of the Creation Museum. It will be ready so that you can go directly from the Conference to the Creation Museum and have lunch together. The youth will be lunching there also. The cost for the cookout is $8.00. The menu is hamburgers, hotdogs, brats, metts, buns, (tomatoes lettuce onions, cheese) and 4 side dishes (potato salad, baked beans, cole slaw, mac and cheese). Money for the lunch must be paid by June 1, 2012. See more information on the next page.

A special panel to celebrate our history on Tuesday morning. This is the 20th year of the formation of the CGBCI.
Pastors’ and Missionary wives luncheon on Tuesday, July 3rd (this is your opportunity golfers!).
A total of 7 Bible hours all focusing on the theme of the overcoming Christian life.
Don’t miss it! The Fellowship, spiritual food and events will be dynamite! Don’t forget that you need to make your own reservation with the Hotel. The 800 number is 1-800-354-9793. The special Conference rate is $77.00 per night. Get this: that rate includes your tax and breakfast each day. Now, here’s the catch. You must make your reservation by May 28, 2012 to get this rate. Lock that into your memory, May 28, 2012. Check in time is after 4:00pm. Check out time is 11:00am. If you need more time on the last day of Conference, the hotel will work with you. Now, please also note this: if you need a handicapped room, or if you are a senior and want to be on the first floor; or, if you would like a room close to the nursery area, then please advise the person on call when you make your reservation with the hotel.
