"If you DECLARE the gospel and don't LIVE IT - you will confuse people.
If you LIVE the gospel and don't DECLARE IT - you will condemn people."

Wow
I love God's Church...
and I am so thankful for Grace Community Church of Bowling Green. When I think of my brief Christian life of 21 years I am reminded of all the churches I have been in and a part of, which makes me appreciate Grace Church even more. How could I not be grateful for something that Christ died for?
Many people are searching for what God has blessed us with here. When He gives life to a spiritually dead person they become hungry for the truth so that nothing satisfies that hunger but the pure truth of the Word of God as it is faithfully preached and taught. If any ministry is to be fruitful it must be born out of faithful teaching as it is done in the local church. Indeed, it is the church that God...
"gave some as apostles, and some as prophets, and some as evangelists, and some as pastors and teachers, for the equipping of the saints for the work of service, to the building up of the body of Christ; (Eph 4:11–12)...
so we can go out and declare the gospel to the spiritually dead for God to bring to life so they will be hungry for the pure truth of the Word of God that can only be satisfied by the Word of God as it is faithfully ministered in the local church...
Then we can have true fellowship, which is another reason I am so grateful for the Family @ Grace. Many times we think of fellowship as it is centered around food. However, koinonia, which is where we get our English word for fellowship, really has to do with a "partnership." We are partners in the Truth as we are "standing firm in one spirit, with one mind striving together for the faith of the gospel; (Phil 1:27)
How could we not want others to be a part of this? But in order to live the gospel in a way that glorifies God, we must love what Christ loved...and died for...His church.
It is such a privilege to be a part of something so awesome that sometimes all I can say is...wow!
