There is only one way to God and that is through Jesus Christ in His righteousness. That is a controversial statement in our society and many would consider it to be bigoted. But the truth is not always politically correct and we need truth more than political correctness. It is not up to us to decide how to have life with God; He tells us how we have it. And to try to compromise that way is to miss it. Sadly, however, many are being led astray by some who claim to be Christian. We must go back to what God says about being with Him. He gave us the Bible through His prophets. He stated very clearly through the greatest prophet of all, Jesus Christ, who is also God: “I am the way and the truth and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.” [John 14:6, NIV] Isn’t it better to listen to the One who has authority over all of life than to the pooled ignorance of those who are darkened in their understanding? God calls you to repent of your sins and to trust Him for His saving mercy and grace through Jesus Christ. Jesus endured the penalty for sin so that by faith in Him you may have eternal life with God. This is the most necessary message of all. We are certain of that.
