Seeing the Glory of God Darvin Pruit 2 Corinthians 4: 4-6
The glory of God in redemption is the Redeemer. It is that holy union of God and man in one person. To declare Him is to declare the whole counsel of God. To know Him is to know God. To follow Him is to discern the will of God and to have Him is to have eternal life. It is the glory of His person that is hid to the lost and to which man's mind is blinded. And it is His person that God commands through the preaching of His gospel, to shine in our hearts which gives us the light of the knowledge of the glory of God in the face of Jesus Christ.
