The power and strength of God's anointed King Jesus is exalted in the heart which he has made new. Only then do we behold that none is holy as the LORD, that there is none who equal him, neither any strength like our God.

Yet Hannah says, "MINE horn is exalted in the LORD: MY mouth is enlarged over mine enemies." Does that mean that she now has strength in her own flesh? No. The power and strength which the Spirit of Christ works in the believer causes us, not to focus on man or on our own flesh and abilities, but to behold that in Christ the Anointed, WE have been anointed by God; in Christ the Prince of God, WE have been set among princes; in Christ the King and High Priest of God, WE have been made kings and priests before God. The believer is made to behold that Christ, the Strength and Power of God unto salvation, the Horn which God shall exalt, is our Strength and the Power that shall save us. Therefore, by revealing himself in us, the heart of grace (Hannah) says, "Mine horn is exalted IN THE LORD!"
