Thank You God, for Jesus. His life. His teaching. His death. His resurrection. His Spirit.

Thank You, God, for the church, His Body, scattered all over the earth.

This year I must thank You especially for that part of the Body I have discovered in North Korea.

Thank You that there are still people in whom You enter and make them willing to carry Your cross to the death. Thank You for still setting heroes before our eyes.

Thank You for getting my attention and helping me see how pitifully little I have cared about the cross. Thank You for showing me my weaknesses in the light of the strengths of true believers.

Thank You for worldwide communications that allow us to be aware of Your Body's plight. TV's. Radios. Computers. Men have abused their usage, but You have found a reason for them to be.

Thank You that I will eat and sleep and drive and give to others this day out of Your abundance. Thank You for showing me what abundance is for.

Thank you for airplanes that fly back and forth to and from North Korea, to transport willing believers into a battle front.

Thank You for Calebs who only want another mountain to conquer.

Thank You for the rising tide of prayer and gifts surrounding Your people in North Korea. Thank You for those whom You will call soon.

Thank You that evil men and evil kingdoms do not last forever. Thank You that Your Kingdom-in-waiting is here and slated for eternal glory and that the meek really do inherit the earth.

Thank You for Your Word, our antidote for fear excited by bullies. Thank You that Your perfect love casts out all fear now and forever.
