“Coffee with Christ”

(John 14:26-27)
“But the Comforter, which is the Holy Ghost, whom the Father will send in my name, he shall teach you all things, and bring all things to your remembrance, whatsoever I have said unto you. Peace I leave with you, my peace I give unto you: not as the world giveth, give I unto you. Let not your heart be troubled, neither let it be afraid.”

There is peace and comfort in The Word of God given by The Holy Ghost. The world we live in now is a place we can use all of the peace and comfort we can get. We may seek it from many different places in this life, family, friends, fortune and fame, we may even seek it in the bottom of a bottle, but the only lasting comfort and peace comes from God! The Comforter brings these to us, the children of God, by teaching us the Word of God. It is the Holy Spirit that wrote the Word through the disciples, that teaches us the Word, and it is the Holy Spirit that bring these teaching back to mind when we are in need. When we need them for personal peace and comfort or when we need to share them with those in need.

2 Corinthians 1:3-4)
“Blessed be God, even the Father of our Lord Jesus Christ, the Father of mercies, and the God of all comfort; Who comforteth us in all our tribulation, that we may be able to comfort them which are in any trouble, by the comfort wherewith we ourselves are comforted of God.”
