(Hebrews 10:14)

“For by one offering he hath perfected for ever them that are sanctified.”

The sin offerings of the Old Testament could never take away sin. They were only a temporary covering until the true Sacrifice arrived! Those offerings were only types and shadows of that which was to come. Now that He, The Lamb of God has arrived and lay down His life for the sin of His people, there remaineth no more sacrifice for sin! The debt has been paid in full. There are still consequences for our actions in this life, but if our sins have been remitted, there is no payment left to be made to God in this life nor the next! We indeed are free! Free from any responsibility for our debt to God. Jesus paid it all! That my friend, That, is the good news!!
