(Romans 12:21) “Be not overcome of evil, but overcome evil with good.”
It’s never right to do wrong and it’s never wrong to do right. How do you respond when somebody tips you over? To get even with those who do us wrong is not our right. Verse 17 teaches to “Recompense no man evil for evil”. Vengeance is mine sayeth The Lord. The only time evil wins is when we surrender to it in our personal lives.
(Matthew 5:44) “But I say unto you, Love your enemies, bless them that curse you, do good to them that hate you, and pray for them which despitefully use you, and persecute you;”
