This is our birthright as children of the Most High God. We have been promised perfect peace, this is the peace that flows from God. It is ours as we fix our minds on Him, for our God is more than all the problems of this life, our God is greater than all our fears, our God is stronger than all our enemies, wiser than all our opponents, and more faithful than we can ever imagine... the fear that rises and robs us of our peace comes in one of two ways, first it comes from us thinking that God could not possibly deal with our terrible circumstances, or secondly, that He WOULD not... either source of fear is at its root, a lack of trust, and trust is weakest where knowledge is lacking... the cure is simple; fix your mind on your God, learn who He says He is in His Word, and trust what He shows you FROM His Word. We have a hard time trusting who we don't know... so do your soul a favor, gain peace by keeping your mind filled with God, and watch Him keep every promise He ever made!!!
