The Father who brought Jesus to his daughter
The daughter of Jairus is very sick, he hears the Lord Jesus is in a village nearby. So he decides to go to Jesus and appeal to the Lord to come to his daughter and heal her. Rev. Ken Elliot looks at five points of this most amazing event. 1.THE DESIRE HE EXPRESSES Reverently, earnestly, emotionally, confidently and imperfectly. 2.THE DISCLOSURE HE RECEIVES The delay, the death and the hopelessness. 3.THE DIRECTIVE HE IS GIVEN Its directness, promptness and intensity. 4.THE DELIVERANCE HE WITNESSES Three witness, removal of disbelief, the miracle and the command. 5.THE DAUGHTER HE LOVED Her condition, her privilege and her experience.
