Un Pensamiento de la Palabra
“¡Cuán preciosos me son, oh Dios, tus pensamientos! ¡Cuán grande es la suma de ellos! Si los enumero, se multiplican más que la arena; Despierto, y aún estoy contigo. ”
â€â€Salmos‬ â€139:17-18‬
Dios piensa en sus amados hijos! Él nos examina en amor, sabiduría y santa compasión. Ha pensado en nosotros en su pacto de salvación. Nos conoce muy bien físicamente, espiritualmente, emocionalmente y en cualquier otra categoría. Él conoce nuestras frustraciones presentes, nuestras preguntas y nuestras penas. Él sabe lo que es mejor para nosotros. Él guía nuestras vidas y está envuelto en cada detalle.
Él incluso puede ver toda la carga de pecados que llevamos en nuestros corazones, las malas palabras que decimos, e incluso los malos pensamientos que son contrarios a Su palabra. Dios ve las cosas que nosotros mismos deseáramos que no fuesen ciertas... Él lo ve todo... y aún así ama a sus hijos profundamente!
Es en serio que Él lo ve todo, y eso debería llevarnos al arrepentimiento. Después de todo, para Él somos como un libro abierto; nada está escondido! Poner excusas y tratar de darle razón a nuestros pecados sabiendo que no están bien delante de Dios es orgullo de una manera particularmente horrible. Pero entender que Dios lo sabe todo es reconfortante. A veces ni siquiera nos entendemos a nosotros mismos, pero Él nos ve y nos conoce perfectamente. Es reconfortante porque Élve cuando estamos tratando de seguirle y agradarle, pero tropezamos y tenemos dificultades. Es reconfortante porque su conocimiento de nosotros no es solamente “conocimiento neutral” más bien es un conocimiento amoroso. Todas las razones para confiar en Él implican alabanzas, gracias y obediencia hacia Él.
