&ld quo;A h Lord GOD! behold,
Tho u hast made the heaven and the earth
by Thy great power and stretched out arm,
and there is nothing too hard for Thee:” (Jeremiah 32:17)

It Is Well
In all spiritual things: all your temptations, all your darkness, all you wanderings, God will overrule.
It shall be well with you.
The re shall never be a night, but that morning shall come; there shall never be a day of trouble, but a day of prosperity shall follow; there shall never be an emptying, but there shall be a filling; there shall never be a bringing down, but that He will raise you up again. Let it be either darkness or light, sorrow or grief, night or day, life or death, time or eternity, “It shall be well with the righteous.” –Scott Richardson

Chr ist, Our All In All
Wor ds by Augustus Toplady Tune to Amazing Grace
1. Compared with Christ, in all beside
No comeliness I see.
The one thing needful, dearest Lord,
Is to be one with Thee.
2. The sense of Thy redeeming love
Int o my soul convey.
Thy self bestow, for Thee alone,
My All in all, I pray.
3. Less than Thyself will not suffice
My comfort to restore.
Mor e than Thyself I cannot crave
And Thou can'st give no more.
4. Loved of my God, for Him again,
Wit h love intense I burn.
Cho sen of Thee ere time began
I love Thee in return.
5. Whate'er consists not with Thy will,
O teach me to resign;
I'm rich to all the intents of bliss,
If Thou, O God, art mine.

Gra teful and Thankful
&ld quo;T he LORD hath done great things for us;
whe reof we are glad.” (Psalms 126:3)
I wonder: If I had never experienced the joy of marriage, the wonders of fatherhood, the glories of living in this country of ours or the pleasures of knowing more fully God’s benefits in Christ Jesus; could I say as the psalmist: “The Lord hath done great things for us, whereof we are glad.” Could I be taken with the beauty of His person, the workings of His unchangeable grace, the peace of His everlasting fellowship in my Redeemer? I think on these things sometimes and wonder if I could and would be happy just simply and singularly beholding His sweet and lovely face! No frills, no fancies, no extras…. I desire to be found in Him as Paul said, I long to hear His voice in the book and also in the proclamation of His gospel. I enjoy the fellowship of those of like mind and heart; truly one with each other and one in Christ Jesus our Lord.
May we all be able to say from the soul;
He hath done Great things for us
(Sa lvati on in the fullest and highest,
cal led, quickened and set apart…)
whe reof& helli p;. We are glad.
We are grateful, and we are thankful.
--D rew Dietz
*****
The believer is a mystery to others and to himself, also. He is sanctified, yet he feels himself to be the chief of sinners. He loves God's law, yet he wrestles with an inward desire to have his own way. He has great sorrow and heaviness of heart over others, yet he rejoices in the Lord always. His spirit longs to be with Christ, yet his flesh clings to the earth. He knows that he is secure in Christ, yet he examines his faith continually. –Copied
