Sometime during the morning hours of Wednesday, May 17th 2016, our website experienced a loss of service and was not accessible via the internet for an extended period of time. Fortunately, we had members of our loyal online community identify the issue and informed us of the problem by 8AM that same day. After an investigation, we were able to identify the cause of the issue and had it fully resolved by 12PM EST.
