Last month, we officially welcomed to our team, Dr. Stephen Schaub, our newly-minted, full-time CTO of SermonAudio.
After 22 years, we finally have a proper Chief Technology Officer to help oversee and manage the sprawling technology that we have under our roof. His primary focus will be to assist and advance the mobile and web development efforts. But given the fact that Dr. Schaub has spent the past 25 years as a highly-respected Computer Science Professor at Bob Jones University, he will also be instrumental in working closely with our interns from the BJU Computer Science department.
This is all part of our desire to invest into the lives of the rising generation and to inspire them to use their God-given talents for the Kingdom. If you know of a young person who is interested in studying Computer Science, I honestly cannot think of a better place to study than BJU, especially now with this new SermonAudio partnership in place. Not only are internship opportunities available to BJU students, but beyond that, both Dr. Schaub and I will be on-premises in The Vault along with our SA Team. Our doors will always be open to any or all that wish to just talk shop or pray together.
Please continue to pray for us and consider supporting us in our efforts to acquire the servers and storage infrastructure needed to combat the threat of cancel culture.
